Our physical activities include gentle armchair aerobics, a range of target practise games, skittles, chair basket ball and many different physical activities which can be performed on a one to one basis or in a group setting.
Our cognitive activities include reminiscence quizzes, memory recall, numerical games, music quizzes, big crosswords, and general knowledge fun. Prizes are given (which are incorporated in the price) to promote a fun and competitive environment. These are available in group and individual sessions.
Our fun packed packages also include old favorites such as sing alongs and bingo! dominoes and other well beloved board games and card games.
